Refunds!!! 8-15 days to get a full refund that was valid and approved.

Ticket agent said 3-5 days - when it hadn't come in 6 I called back that's when I was told 8-15.

Totally unacceptable! Will never use vacations to go again !

They do not handle your transactions as a company, just as a pass-through charge. If you look at your credit card statement, the cruise line charged your card.

The cruise line alone is responsible for the time it taakes for the refund. Not at all fair to blame the booking agency for something that is out of their hands completely.
